Peaceful Blessings

Tonight my friends come over for our monthly Stampin Club. Besides getting to see my stampin buddies at least once or twice a month....it motivates me to CREATE!

The card that I made below, I'm going to send to my Dad and his wife Margarete. They just moved to a new home and I want to share my happiness for them.

Using the Reverse Masking Technique, we will make this card tonight! I think it is a wonderful "all occasion" card to give someone this fall or winter. I love the little word stamped in the right hand corner that says, "Blessings". I stamped it twice using a lighter color and a darker color for emphasis. :)

I invite you to view two of my favorite online tutorials for REVERSE MASKING

Now make a card...but don't keep it!! :) Send it to someone and be a blessing in their life!

Card Details:

Stamps: Peaceful Wishes, Label Classics, Country Blessings (retired)
Paper: Blue Bayou, Purely Pomegranate, River Rock, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla, and
So Saffron Designer Series
Ink: Blue Bayou, Purely Pomegranate, River Rock, Chocolate Chip
Other: Gold Brad

Card Layout inspired by this Sketch from the Fresh & Fun Blog. Thanks Beate!
