Lovely as a Thought

Today I decided to challenge myself to two splitcoast Challenges! I needed to make a friend a card and so these challenges inspired me!

I also decided to use a technique called the Shaving Cream Technique. You can see my step by step tutorial on this technique, using this card, here: Shaving Cream Tutorial

The Challenges:

Color Combo Challenge: Basic Pomegranates
Basic Gray (or any dark gray or Going Gray)
Purely Pomegranate (or Rose Red)
Soft Sky (or Bashful Blue)

Sketch Challenge: #147

Well here is the result of the challenges!
Lovely as a Thought

The above card is made by Hollie Lisk using Stampin UP! Products

You can stamp directly on the shaving cream printed paper or on an acetate overlay

Card Recipe: All SU products

Stamps: Lovely as a Tree, French Flair background stamp
Paper: Going Grey, Soft Sky, Pomegranate, Shimmery white, acetate
Ink: Jet black Staz-on, Going Grey
Reinkers: rose red, bashful blue, going gray
Ribbon: White satin...dyed going gray
Other: Antique brads, ticket corner punch
