Spooky Grin

This is a Halloween Card I made for my dad. When I was a child, my dad always took me trick-or-treating. I had such fun and fond memories of my dad, taking me door to door, encouraging me to go to just one more house...." you never know, they might have the best treat", he would say. And then later at home, checking and tasting my candy to make sure it "wasn't poisoned". :)
My dad likes to make people laugh so here is a SPOOKY GRIN for him!

My scary color combo of Really rust and Glorious green was inspired by my ribbon...I don't think I would of ever thought of it otherwise!!! I think it works though for this card.

The card layout was inspired by a sketch challenge on Splitcoast stampers.

CARD Recipe:
stamps: Batty for you, Print Pattern (on the green)
paper: Really Rust, Glorious Green, basic black, Creepy Crawly designer paper, white
Ink: Glorious, black, really rust (to sponge and Direct to paper)
Other: Halloween Ribbon (Michael's), Hardware is SU,
also SU tag and circle punches of various sizes
